The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations manufacturing facility, overseeing Production and Logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of DTPS projects. This role is responsible for driving operational performance. The Plant Manager works closely with Engineering & Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the manufacturing process and are delivered on time to customers. The Plant Manager provides leadership and direction to Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads while fostering a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, operational excellence, and employee development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filing engineering documents
• Maintaining physical copies of PE licenses and related documents
• Maintaining and understanding stamping requirements based on each state
• PSS releases for PFB documents
• Steel releases steel fabricators
• Closing ZOHO milestones for calculations until ZOHO is obsolete
• Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree from a two year college or technical school is preferred (High School diploma along with 1-2 years of experience will be considered in lieu of two-year degree).
• 3-5 years of practical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
