Lifting Engineer

Responsibilities: Take overall charge of preparing lifting and erection plans for Crawler, Mobile Cranes and etc Develop, review, and maintain lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for all lifting activities. Plan work sequences and timelines in coordination with the operations team. Liaise closely with site engineers, lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen; serve as the main point of contact for all site lifting operations. Conduct routine site inspections and daily walkabouts to monitor compliance with HSE procedures, regulatory requirements, and client standards. Assess site conditions, identify risk factors, and implement corrective actions. Review project specifications and provide feedback from an engineering perspective. Perform discipline checks on procedures and technical analyses. Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering Able to operate MS Project Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and lifting safety standards Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical/project specifications
