Job Summary: We are hiring for  2 roles : Design & Coordination Engineer (DCE)

Design Coordinator, Architecture (DCA)

Role 1: Design & Coordination Engineer (DCE) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities

Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress

Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings

Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities

Supervise a team of BIM Modelers for the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans

Job Requirements: at least Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering   or equivalent qualifications.

at least 3 years’ relevant experience with contractors.

Qualified position would consider for senior/manager position.

Independent, analytical, highly motivated, with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Role 2: Design Coordinator, Architecture (DCA) Key Responsibilities: Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works

Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.

Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation team

Involved in tendering work

Job Requirements: at least Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Architecture   or equivalent qualifications.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Project experience in buildings or mixed developments preferred.
