Procurement Lead

1. POSITION PURPOSE

The Procurement Lead is responsible for organizing and leading the Procurement function covering both Direct and Indirect Materials, Goods and Services.

The position supports the Supply Chain Manager in developing procurement plans, managing team performance, ensuring material/service availability, optimizing purchasing costs, managing supplier performance and continuously improving procurement processes.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Experience

Min 5+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sourcing / Supply Chain.

At least 3+ years in a Team Lead, Supervisor or similar management role.

Strong experience in both Direct and Indirect Procurement.
