Senior Procurement Engineer ( Civil / Arch. )

Lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value without compromising quality.

Manage the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring all legal and technical specifications are met.

Conduct rigorous technical evaluations of bids for civil and architectural packages.

Develop and maintain a robust network of strategic partners and vendors.

Collaborate closely with project sites to ensure seamless on-site delivery and resource allocation.

5-7 years of intensive experience in procurement specifically within Civil or Architectural Engineering projects.

Proven mastery in managing Subcontractors and Suppliers within the Construction industry.

Expert-level Negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost-effective and high-quality results.

Deep knowledge of Contracting frameworks and Technical Evaluation processes.

Strong background in Quantity Surveying , Cost Estimation , and Market Analysis .

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering is required to navigate the technical complexities of this role.

Must be an Experienced professional ready to work on-site in Cairo and manage multiple vacancies within the procurement pipeline.
