Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on project activities from initiation through completion.
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with different departments and ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Follow up on deadlines, milestones, and project deliverables.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
Identify potential delays, issues, or risks and escalate them when necessary.
Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related issues and ensuring smooth workflow.
Organize and attend project meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action points.
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Track project-related expenses, resources, and requirements when needed.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations.
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent English is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
