Known for engineering excellence, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships, Roeslein continues to grow while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture of a privately held, employee-owned organization.  As the company continues to expand, Roeslein is seeking an experienced Enterprise Controller to provide strategic leadership for its accounting organization.  Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly structured role will lead accounting across a complex, multi-entity domestic and international organization while partnering closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to strengthen accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and support the company's continued growth.  This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Controller or senior accounting leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, partnering with the business, and helping shape the future of a growing global organization.  Why This Opportunity?  As Roeslein has grown, finance leadership responsibilities have evolved.
