We are seeking a bright, organised and highly motivated NYSC Corps Member to join our team in Abuja.

This is an opportunity for a proactive graduate who wants meaningful exposure to business operations, administration and executive support while completing their NYSC service year.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and organisational support to the team. Assist with scheduling, documentation and correspondence. Support day-to-day office operations. Assist with research, reporting and preparation of documents. Maintain organised digital and physical records. Support meetings, appointments and other administrative activities. Assist with coordinating tasks and following up on action points. Support special projects and other business activities as required.

Requirements

Must be currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member or eligible for NYSC PPA placement. Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Good attention to detail. Professional, discreet and well-presented. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
