Lead Technician

$27.00/hr

Role: diagnoses and repairs all equipment, owns engine, pump, and drive-system work, orders parts, and signs off each work order before it is invoiced

Experience: 3+ years repairing commercial cleaning equipment, small engines or utility vehicles. That means floor scrubbers, pressure washers, carpet extractors, tuggers, and carts.

Must know: small gas engines (Honda, Toro), 1248V battery-electric systems and wiring diagrams, multimeter use, and pumps, hoses, and pressure fittings. Able to read service manuals and parts diagrams.

Nice to have: factory training from Karcher, Tennant, Nilfisk/Advance or IPC Eagle, a small-engine certification, and experience in hotels or large facilities.

Also:

Comfortable logging time, parts, and photos in a phone or tablet app, and able to guide and check the helper's work.

Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record

Pass a background check

Able to lift 50 lb and to work standing, kneeling and outdoors

Professional conduct in guest areas of the resorts

Flexible hours around resort operations
