Senior FP&A Manager

Cedar is supporting a hyper-growth digital consumer brand who are seeking an engaging, data savvy Senior FP&A Manager to join the team. You will play a central role in shaping financial strategy and delivering data-driven insights that directly impact decision-making at the highest level. Role responsibilities will include.

Driving strategic insight and financial performance by owning and optimising FP&A reporting ensuring accuracy across all outputs. Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, prepare compelling investor materials, and help deliver impactful business performance reviews. Work closely with budget owners and the wider finance team, identify risks and opportunities Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis, and partner on high-impact cross-functional projects. Lead on process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale within the commercial finance function. Candidate requirements. Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Strong commercial finance experience, ideally within a high-growth or consumer-led business (e-commerce/retail a plus). Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, LightDash) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation skills. Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide junior team members. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast change, and owning your work from start to finish.
