Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role covering the management company, listed holding company and wider group. You will take ownership of the models, reporting and analysis that support senior management, Board and investor decision-making.

Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, the role offers exposure to valuations, liquidity and debt modelling, carried interest, compensation and incentive schemes. It is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong FP&A professional seeking senior exposure and a clear route towards Senior Manager.

  • Deliver variance, profitability, cost and headcount analysis
  • Provide clear commentary and recommendations to senior management
  • Support liquidity forecasting, debt modelling and covenant monitoring
  • Assist with holding-company valuations and portfolio performance analysis
  • Model bonus pools, carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements
  • Support fund FP&A and review fund accounting information when required
  • Improve FP&A models, reporting processes and automation
  • Partner with Finance, HR, investment teams and senior business leaders

Candidate profile

  • Approximately 5-8 years' relevant finance experience
  • Strong FP&A, financial modelling or investment finance background
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience building budgets and forecasts and producing Board or investor-level materials
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial judgement
  • Comfortable working across multiple entities and managing competing deadlines
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA qualified/finalist preferred

Desirable experience

  • Private equity, asset management, investment holding or listed financial services experience
  • Big Four or mid-tier accountancy training
  • Exposure to valuations, treasury, debt facilities or covenant modelling
  • Knowledge of carried interest, management fees, co-investment structures or incentive modelling
  • Exposure to financial automation or AI tools

This is a distinctive opportunity to join a high-calibre investment platform in a visible role with direct access to senior leadership and significant scope for progression.
