Design and Architectural Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinate external architects, consultants, and internal engineering teams throughout design development. Conduct thorough Value Engineering (VE) reviews and constructability analyses. Resolve Request for Information (RFI) logs and technical query submissions from site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related built environment discipline; registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is strongly preferred Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a design management or senior architectural coordination role on major construction projects Strong understanding of architectural and structural design processes, drawing standards, and coordination requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; proficiency in Revit or equivalent BIM software is highly desirable Experience managing consultant teams on fast-track or Design and Build projects in Nigeria Proficiency in document management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or equivalent
