6 Month FTC Lancashire £65,000 + Benefits Our client is an established manufacturing business with global operations and workforce. We are supporting their recruitment of a Transformation Project Specialist on a 6 month FTC to support the business through a period of change & transition, with a focus in supporting the delivery of HR and business transformation activity. The role operates a hybrid working model, typically 1-2 days per week onsite. The role is a 6-month FTC, and we're looking for candidates who are either immediately available or ready to start within a few weeks at most. Key Responsibilities Project planning, coordination and delivery across transformation initiatives and HR projects Maintain project materials, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates Coordinate survey activity, including planning, deployment, analysis and reporting of results. Deliver data analysis, insight generation and KPI tracking to support decision-making. Support change management and communications activities to drive adoption of future-state processes and behaviours. Create and maintain manager toolkits, guidance materials and engagement resources. Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to progress actions and resolve issues. Provide general analytical, reporting and project support across HR, organisational and transformation programmes. Key Skills & Experience Experience with project delivery, including creating presentations, packs and surveys to stakeholders Project experience relating to HR transformation, employee engagement, sustainability etc would be preferred Previous experience liaising with private equity firms and/or external consultancy partners Strong Microsoft Office experience, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present data to stakeholders Previous experience working with global organisations, across different time zones would be highly desirable Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous Want to recruit a similar role?
