Travel Operations Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Travel Operations Coordinator | Egypt
Casa Kaya, a Dubai-based travel company, is expanding its operations and is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Coordinator to join our team in Egypt. This is a full-time position suited to someone with 3–7 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, strong operational skills, and a passion for delivering seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage travel itineraries and tour packages
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and attraction tickets
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners
- Monitor operational quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate package information, photos, and trip content to the marketing team for social media and website campaigns
- Prepare operational reports and booking summaries.
- 3–7 years of experience in tourism operations and travel planning
- Experience with travel booking platforms such as TBO, Hotelbeds, Expedia TAAP, or similar systems is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling FIT and Group bookings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of the GCC and Egypt travel markets is a plus.
- Strong understanding of travel products and operational processes
- Fluent in English and Arabic
