Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development skills, experience with databases and API integrations, and the ability to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with one mandatory day in the office per week and the remaining working days remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Develop server-side applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and optimize application performance.
- Implement appropriate security measures, authentication, and authorization.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and software deployment.
- Use version control tools such as Git to manage code and support team collaboration.
- Contribute to application improvements, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3?5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design, application security, testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools and application monitoring.
