Senior Quantity Surveyor

Take commercial responsibility for assigned projects or major work packages. Lead tender preparation, pricing, cost planning, and bid evaluations. Review contract terms and identify commercial risks and opportunities. Manage progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recovery. Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and contractual adjustments. Monitor project profitability, cost commitments, cash flow, and final cost forecasts. Oversee subcontractor accounts, payments, and commercial negotiations. Prepare management cost reports, financial statements, and commercial forecasts. Lead commercial discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Guide junior QS personnel and strengthen project cost-control practices. EA Licence: 16C7962
