Manage commercial activities across multiple projects or significant project packages. Develop tendering, procurement, and cost-control strategies for assigned projects. Review contractual obligations, commercial risks, and project financial exposure. Lead evaluation and negotiation of major variations, claims, and settlements. Oversee progress payments, subcontract accounts, final accounts, and commercial recoveries. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, commitments, and forecast outturn. Prepare consolidated commercial reports and financial information for management. Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, contractors, and key suppliers.
