FSO Operations Manager - Chief Engineer background preferred, Nigeria

Are you an experienced Chief Engineer/Master Mariner on oil tankers or FSO/FPSO's with hands on Operations experience of managing FSO's?

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market leading organization in EMEA region and play a pivotal role in managing stakeholders from an owners standpoint.

The ideal candidate is someone with sailing background as Chief Engineer or Master Mariner on board VLCC's and have 5 plus years of FSO/FPSO asset handling experience. This role will be based in Nigeria.

The role requires extensive FPSO operations experience and strong leadership to ensure safe, maintainable facilities from project to operations.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/equivalent if you are a Master Mariner/Chief Engineer, 10+ years in FPSO/FSO senior roles, and experience with start-up activities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

With multiple assets within the organisation, the career growth path for the right individual is forefold.

Please note that this role will be stationed in Nigeria, Africa with some travel required to the HQ at times.
