About the Company Leading A1 Main Contractor with extensive experience in delivering large-scale residential, commerical building, institutional, and healthcare projects, maintaining a strong track record of quality and innovation. Overview M&E Manager to lead and manage the M&E team across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical works, ensuring smooth coordination between design, construction, and commissioning phases. Responsibilities Lead the M&E team in planning, execution, and coordination of M&E works across projects. Review and approve M&E designs, shop drawings, and submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements and statutory regulations. Manage subcontractors and consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of M&E works. Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure integration of M&E systems. Drive project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve technical or site issues. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to clients and authorities. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior M&E engineers. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience in a main contractor environment , with proven track record in Building Projects Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, ACMV, and fire protection systems.
