*Job Description*

Bready Café is looking for a *Full-Time Baker* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about bakery operations in a fast-paced café environment.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
• Manage time efficiently and work independently during early hours
• Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of products

*Requirements*

• *Previous bakery experience required*
• Able to work *early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM*
• Strong cleanliness and organization skills
• Good self-management and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Food safety knowledge is an asset
