Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analystto support regulatory reportinginitiatives within a bankingenvironment. The role focuses on analyzing and implementing regulatory requirements, driving process automation, reducing manual adjustments, and contributing to ECBremediation activities. The consultant will serve as a liaison between business and ITstakeholders, with strong expectations around SQLproficiency,data warehouseknowledge, and hands-on experience with bankingfinancial data and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement new business and regulatory reportingrequirements
• Drive automation of manual file-based processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual adjustments
• Support ECBremediation activities and ensure alignment with supervisory expectations
• Act as a key liaison between business and ITstakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Translate complex datasets and statistical concepts into clear business insights
• Model and optimize business processes using established business process modellingtechniques
• Translate regulatory reportingrules and validation logic into clear business and data requirements
• Contribute to the design and improvement of data warehouseand reporting solutions
• Write and maintain requirements documentation using Confluenceand manage tasks in Jira
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQLand Microsoft Office
• Engage and manage stakeholders at multiple levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong business knowledge of bankingregulatory reporting processes and frameworks
• Solid understanding of bankingproducts, systems, processes, and financial data
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Experience in business process modelling
• Ability to analyze and translate regulatory reportingrequirements into clear business and data requirements
• Understanding of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory expectations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of Data Literacyprinciples
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
• Understanding of data warehouseand reporting concepts and solutions
• Strong SQLskills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Atlassian Jiraand Confluence
• Fluent English(spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on regulatory reportingexperience
• Knowledge of BCBS239principles and requirements
• Experience with ECBremediation initiatives
• Background in financeor bankingtransformation projects
