Lead Municipal Services (Facility Management)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Municipal Services professional to oversee and enhance our facility management services within Saudi Arabia. This role demands a strategic leader with expertise in municipal operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with local regulations while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all municipal facility management services, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize municipal services and infrastructure management.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all municipal laws and regulations.
• Supervise and guide municipal services teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor service performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to inform management decisions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize service quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management with a focus on municipal services.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian municipal regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
