Of the 10 million Americans struggling with opioid misuse, but only a fraction receive a diagnosis. Only 1 in 10 receive treatment. This is an accessibility crisis, and we are on a mission to solve it by bringing life-saving care to the 89% currently left behind. Through a single app, Bicycle Health combines Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) with behavioral healthcare, drug screening, therapy, and peer support.

Overview

As Manager of Provider Success at Bicycle Health, you'll pioneer pod-level support and design seamless, automated workflows that eliminate administrative friction for medical teams. This is a role where you can step into a high-impact strategic role where you bridge operations and clinical leadership to transform how high-quality patient care is delivered to our patient population in their recovery journey.

Location: Remote

Target Pay: $90,000-$115,000 per hour - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

What makes this role unique:

It treats clinicians as its primary customer—focusing specifically on reducing provider cognitive load and burnout through automation, data sharing, and intelligent workflow design. You can expect to:

Own and evolve pod-level provider support, creating a front desk for providers and enabling pod success through intentional partnership, shared data, automation, and workflow design.

Partner with ARMDs, Clinical Leadership, and Regional VPs as the operational counterpart across the provider journey, from onboarding through ongoing retention.

Partner with ARMDs to develop streamlined provider onboarding and continuing Bicycle Health education resources, tooling, and help desk support.

Provide the operational backbone for provider activation and retention initiatives that keep current providers engaged and retained.

Design and build the systems and workflows that reduce administrative cognitive load for the medical group, supporting burnout prevention and letting providers stay focused on patient care.

Identify and build technology, including AI-assisted workflows and automation, that makes Bicycle

Health's platform easier to use and speeds up decisions for providers and the Provider Success function.

Own provider-facing scheduling and coverage, including incentive hours, holiday coverage, on-call setup, PTO and out-of-office review, and panel transfers, including system-outage and emergent-coverage response.

Partner with clinical leadership in the management of provider caseload as an active, ongoing function, partnering with Analytics and Capacity to keep caseloads at target using incentive hours, patient routing, or panel adjustments.

Build and maintain the tools, knowledge base, and relationships providers rely on day to day, including admin-block reviews and schedule audits.

Lead direct reports and build the Provider Success team as scope expands, keeping headcount matched to workload.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualities we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or a related field, and/or equivalent years of experience.

3 to 5 years in healthcare operations, health tech, or behavioral health, including direct people-management experience.

Experience owning a provider- or clinician-facing support or account management function, ideally at a telehealth or virtual care company.

Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new technology, including AI-assisted tools, to solve operational problems and support informed decision-making.

Experience with a help desk platform (Zendesk, Freshworks or similar), on-call scheduling tools

(PagerDuty a plus), and EHR familiarity (Athena a plus).

Experience designing and building operational workflows, tooling, or automation from scratch, not just administering an existing program.

Experience partnering with clinical or medical leadership (e.g., medical directors, Chief Medical Officer) on provider onboarding, training, or retention programs.

Sharp judgment about what is operational and what belongs to clinical leadership, and comfort partnering daily across both.

A track record of building team structure and staffing plans from real workload data.

Analytical fluency: comfort retrieving data and turning it into insights that drive scheduling and capacity decisions.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, a project management tool (Asana or similar), and a CRM.

Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet, suited to frequent video conferencing.

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) remote position.
