Salesforce Technical Lead

Dare to Have: Solid professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem ; Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer ; Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud ; Strong Salesforce development, architecture, and troubleshooting skills; Experience managing deployments across multiple environments; Experience dealing directly with Salesforce Support ; Proven ability to review and challenge technical solutions and code developed by both junior and senior team members; Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices; Experience working with international and distributed teams ; Previous exposure to multi-country Salesforce implementations or large-scale rollouts; Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills; Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance immediate needs with long-term technical sustainability; Fluent English , both written and spoken; Availability to work from the office at least once per week .
