Your mission is to partner with the Founder and senior leaders to build the A-Player team and high-performance culture required to deliver our $100M+ growth strategy.  This is NOT traditional HR. This role is about building the 'People Engine' to deliver our $100M growth strategy.  Your accountabilities will include:  Talent Acquisition: Own our recruitment capability, including personally recruiting the critical senior roles that move the needle.
