About the company

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's Talent Acquisition team and support the recruitment of specialist and professional talent across the organization.

What We Offer The selected candidate will be employed by Barona HR Oy and work as part of our client's Talent Acquisition team in a fixed-term assignment of approximately six months.

• Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term, full-time) to recruit specialist and professional talent in an international environment based in Espoo with a hybrid working model.
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of work experience, and fluent Finnish and English communication skills.
• You will manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, partner with hiring managers, draft job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and handle multiple processes across countries.
• This approximately six-month assignment is employed by Barona HR Oy with monthly salary payments and benefits including occupational healthcare, employee discounts, and career support.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders in an international environment.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer stage
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment plans
• Drafting and publishing job advertisements
• Screening applications and assessing candidate suitability
• Coordinating and participating in interviews
• Ensuring smooth stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process
• Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Supporting recruitment activities across an international business environment

You will work closely with stakeholders across different countries and functions on a daily basis. Therefore, excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this role.

• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Ability to independently drive recruitment processes forward
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience working in an international environment
• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Confidence communicating in English on a daily basis with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and colleagues across different countries and functions

The following experience is considered an advantage

• Experience recruiting specialist and professional talent
• Experience within a larger international organization
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools
• Proactive sourcing experience

You are comfortable working independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and adapt well to changing priorities while maintaining a high-quality recruitment experience. You build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and are capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
