Purpose of Position

As a Junior AdOps Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and managing a portfolio of advertiser accounts within Awin's affiliate marketing network. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for analyzing performance and validation data, identifying operational and technical issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of processes related to tracking, attribution and transaction validation.

This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with data, investigating discrepancies, communicating with clients and connecting operational findings with potential technical causes. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in affiliate marketing, tracking technologies, validation processes and automation initiatives while contributing to the success of our advertisers and partners.

Key Tasks

Manage and support a portfolio of advertiser accounts, ensuring operational excellence and timely issue resolution.

Validate transactions and support monthly reconciliation processes with clients.

Analyze transaction, validation and tracking data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.

Investigate validation, attribution and tracking discrepancies, identifying potential operational and technical root causes.

Coordinate investigations related to tracking, attribution and reporting issues, working closely with internal technical teams and clients to facilitate resolution and ensure clear communication throughout the process.

Act as a key point of contact for advertisers, maintaining clear and professional communication.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Client Services, Technical Operations, Finance and Product teams.

Monitor account health, SLA compliance and operational performance indicators.

Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.

Skills & Expertise

Good understanding of affiliate marketing and a genuine interest in the industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex operational and technical scenarios.

Ability to connect operational findings with potential technical causes and communicate recommendations clearly.

Ability to analyse large datasets and identify patterns, discrepancies and root causes.

Demonstrate a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels and communicating directly with clients.

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent computer literacy including MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong interest in process improvement and automation. Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, Excel automation or similar tools is highly desirable.

Ownership mindset with strong accountability for account performance and issue resolution.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Intermediate to advanced English.

Focused on processes, deadlines and operational excellence.
