Aerospace Facility Engineer
ALG is currently hiring a Maintenance & Facility Engineer for our client based in Bedok, Singapore. This role is an exciting long-term contract opportunity with us (1 year + high likelihood of FTE conversion).
Our client is a global aerospace company, with multiple facilities across Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment to keep them in good working condition
- Respond to breakdowns, malfunctions, and emergencies to minimize disruption to production
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility and production equipment
- Support EHS compliance, including safety procedures, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers on repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Install and commission new facility and production equipment
- Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and support continuous improvement (CORE/TPM) initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 2 years, or Diploma with 5 years, of relevant experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS; exposure to industrial automation is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and customer-facing ability
- A team player who is adaptable and results-driven
