FINANCE MANAGER

Position: Accounts/Finance Manager Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts/Finance Department; identify and resolve operational issues.

Establish and maintain departmental policies and procedures.

Review and verify documentation for payments to vendors/suppliers; perform ad-hoc audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts.

Review the integrity and accuracy of monthly accounts.

Monitor and manage company cash flow.

Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management, including: Profit & Loss

Balance Sheet

Accounts Receivable Ageing

Accounts Payable Ageing

Progress Claim Billings

Bank Balances

Perform management accounting tasks, including project costing, budget monitoring, preparing projected financial statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.

Liaise with external authorities, bankers, and auditors on financial matters.

Requirements: Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.

CPA certification will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years work experience in construction industry .
