Operation Coordinator
Manage course bookings and scheduling: Coordinate course opening, postponement, cancellation, and scheduling while ensuring accurate communication with students, instructors, and relevant teams.
Manage student enrolment and support: Handle student inquiries, registrations, payments, follow-ups, placement test bookings, and provide continuous support throughout the enrolment process.
Coordinate instructors and branch operations: Ensure classrooms, equipment, materials, and other resources are properly prepared and available, while handling and escalating student and instructor concerns when required.
Support sales and student engagement: Follow up with prospective students and leads, promote courses and events, provide course information, and support conversion and registration.
Manage academic materials and certification requirements: Monitor book inventory and distribution through Odoo, manage digital book codes, and handle onSET certification codes and related records.
Manage feedback and reporting: Distribute and monitor student feedback, identify key concerns, prepare reports, and provide daily updates to the Branch Manager on completed, pending, and escalated tasks.
Maintain accurate records and communication: Ensure all bookings, payments, cases, schedules, inventory, and student/instructor interactions are accurately documented and tracked in accordance with institute procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, student affairs, branch operations, administration, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally with students, instructors, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Work conditions: 6 working days/weekly.
