Assistant Engineer (Injection Molding, Up $3500)

No experience/Diploma in precision/mechanical/mechatronic/electrical/electronic/Industrial or related engineering Basic $2800-$3500 Location: East Diploma in Engineering Have AWS & Bonus Japanese MNC

Job Description Machine & Tooling Setup:  Setup multi-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complex sliders, andauxiliary equipment. Process Optimization:  Programand fine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, holdpressures, melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins(e.g., PEEK, LCP, PPS, PEI). Advanced Troubleshooting:  Diagnoseand rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids,sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates. Automation & Robotics:  Operate,set up, and troubleshoot 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automatedvision inspection systems. Mould Care & Maintenance:  Performpreventative maintenance on molds, cleaning tool inserts, core pins, andparting lines to maximize tooling longevity.
