- Monitor daily operation and availability of IBM AS400 / iSeries servers.
- Perform daily system monitoring, including system status, jobs, logs, alerts, and system messages.
- Execute and monitor batch jobs / scheduled jobs according to operational procedures.
- Support End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Month (EOM), and other banking operational processes.
- Perform operational activities related to backup, restore, system restart, and recovery.
- Monitor job failures and perform initial troubleshooting and escalation.
- Handle AS400 console operations and respond to system alerts/incidents.
- Perform incident, request, and change activities according to established SOP and ITIL procedures.
