SERVICE CREW

The Safety Crew is responsible for assisting the Safety Officer in implementing occupational health and safety programs on construction sites. The role involves monitoring compliance with safety policies, conducting routine site inspections, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), assisting in safety orientations and toolbox meetings, maintaining good housekeeping practices, and immediately reporting unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School Graduate or equivalent. Have a Mandatory: 8-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health(BOSH) Training Certificate from a DOLE-accredited training organization. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Safety Crew, Safety Marshall, or Safety Assistant in construction. Proficient in identifying field hazards (specifically unsafe equipment, road safety, and housekeeping issues).
