Arbeit Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing project team. If you have strong experience in MEP modeling and BIM coordination, we’d love to hear from you!

📍 Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia 📄 Employment Type: Contract 🏗️ Industry: Construction & Engineering

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D & 3D MEP models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM tools
• Produce shop drawings and construction drawings for project execution
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between systems
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and regulations
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Teams, and Site Teams
• Update models based on project changes and site conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation, revisions, and modeling reports
• Support project coordination and installation planning activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in BIM Modeling / M&E Drafting
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with Navisworks is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills
