FACILITIES / SHIFT M&E FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and M&E systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and attend to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Monitor equipment and ensure all facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance works and equipment status.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
• Support daily facilities operations and respond to urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Experience in Aircon, M&E, Electrical or Building Maintenance preferred.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and basic repair works.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
