Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner

Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operation

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting

Excellent customer service and communication skills
