The role & key responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams by contributing across different roles, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting dynamic business demands.

Review work performed by offshore teams and ensure its accuracy.

Timely submission of NAV to the clients in line with the SLA signed by the clients.

Ensure all work undertaken complies with the respective fund's terms and conditions, relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.

Work closely with closed-ended asset managers, property managers, and real estate developers to gather data and support fund operations.

Monitor cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments and distribution.

Maintain financial statements, ensuring they comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Maintain compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.

Deputise if required during line manager's absence.

Communicate any issues of concern to the line manager(s).

Always follow company procedures.

Promote excellent relationships with the clients of the company.

Skills required

Strong educational background, preferably in accounting or finance.

Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and macros in Excel.

Proactive and willing to drive things forward.

Ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.

Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.

Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.
