Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure support. The role involves supporting VMware, Windows Server, HPE infrastructure, patch management, and security-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter 8.x.
- Support Windows Server 2019 and above.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
- Perform Windows and VMware patch management.
- Support HPE servers, storage and SAN switches.
- Perform firmware upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage SSL certificates.
- Perform basic Linux administration.
- Provide onsite and occasional weekend/after-hours support when required.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter 8.x.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019 and above.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
- Experience with Windows and VMware patch management.
- Experience with HPE Gen11 Servers, MSA 2052 Storage and SAN Switches.
- Knowledge of infrastructure hardening and vulnerability remediation.
- Basic Linux administration skills.
- MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification is preferred.
