Project Management Executive (AI Livestreaming) (New Graduate is welcome)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Executive in AI livestreaming team to support regional livestream execution across AI Avatar and Real Human formats for AnyLive business. You will play a crucial role in bridging local teams, production, and tech to ensure smooth, scalable livestream delivery.

What You'll Do

Livestream Campaign Support

Assist in managing the AI livestream campaign calendar across regional markets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all elements—script, talent/avatar setup, and livestream tools—are ready and aligned

Help monitor the livestream process to ensure smooth execution and address minor issues during setup

Script Creation & Content Prep

Draft and edit livestream scripts based on brand guidelines and product goals

Support in ensuring key promotional points, tone, and messaging are tailored for the right audience

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track livestream performance data (views, conversions, engagement)

Collaborate with senior team members on content and scheduling adjustments based on insights

Team Coordination

Liaise with tech and production teams to ensure avatar software, livestream setup, and tools are functioning correctly

Communicate with vendors, studios, or freelancers for livestream-related needs and help track delivery timelines

Report directly to the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce.

Who You Are

Strong interest in livestreaming, content creation, or AI/tech-driven media

Good writing skills in English (and other market languages is a plus) for scripting and basic content editing

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce

Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets

Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
