Intern, Customer Service
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern to join our team, serving as the frontline voice for our diverse portfolio of brand partners. Working within a professional and dynamic environment, you will collaborate with a highly motivated team and gain incredible hands-on exposure to the fast-paced digital commerce landscape.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
Provide reliable and professional customer support for specialized brand portfolios across official marketplace stores.
Handle special customer requests and accurately coordinate the allocation of free gifts and promotional samples, depending on specific campaign conditions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department on operational tasks.
Monitor and consistently maintain optimal store health metrics across all assigned platforms to ensure our strategies remain competitive and relevant.
Attend comprehensive product training sessions to master brand knowledge and effectively manage consumer inquiries.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant course.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay, with the confidence to articulate information clearly.
Demonstrate practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in navigating and updating pre-made tracking templates.
Exhibit a proactive mindset and a high willingness to learn, taking full advantage of the comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
Highly motivated to dive into the E-commerce ecosystem with a strong sense of accountability and readiness to handle real-world responsibilities.
Nice To Have
Prior basic experience in retail, customer service, or familiarity with marketplace platforms.
