Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe, and patient-centred nursing care. Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines. Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment, health, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and timely nursing and patient records. Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives. Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas that improve service delivery. Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as demonstrated through performance and capability.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification. Valid professional registration and practising licence. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach. Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
