Assistant Manager (Transport Truck)

Your tasks

• Manage Warehouse operations.
• Plan. Check and delivery under schedule.
• Communicate with other Departments and Customer to meet their need.
• Meeting clients, managements and team as assign.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
• Determining quality control standards.
• General report internally.
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of Material Handling equipment.
• Supervising the work of junior staff.
• Handle staffs workload , Organizing relevant training sessions.
• Manage and improve the service quality of warehouse and delivery to customers.
• Quickly respond to the customers’ feedback.
• Design warehouse layout and classification of stocks, and fully utilize warehouse spaces in each location.
• Implement and ensure clearly safety conditions, procedures and discipline in the warehouse. - Other related jobs will be assigned.

-บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ -วางแผน ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา -ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและลูกค้า เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ -เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า ผู้บริหาร และทีมงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย -ควบคุมและดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย -กำหนดและควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน -จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานภายในองค์กร -วางแผนและดูแลการซ่อมบำรุง รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ขนย้ายวัสดุและสินค้า (Material Handling Equipment) -ควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำแนะนำพนักงานในทีม -บริหารจัดการภาระงานของพนักงาน พร้อมวางแผนและจัดการฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง -พัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านคลังสินค้าและการจัดส่งสินค้าแก่ลูกค้า -ตอบสนองและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนหรือข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็ว -ออกแบบผังคลังสินค้า จัดหมวดหมู่สินค้า และบริหารพื้นที่จัดเก็บให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด -กำหนดและควบคุมมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย ระเบียบปฏิบัติ และวินัยในการทำงานภายในคลังสินค้า -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

1. Male/Female , Age 35-45 years.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher. (Engineer , Logistics, Management or other Related)
3. Good computer skill MS office (Excel ,Power point, Word)
4. Good command English or Chinese both written and spoken.
5. Computer literacy (WMS,ERP,SAP,MS.Office,Auto cad,Solid work)
6. Proven analytical and warehouse management skills.
7. Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 system, FiFo and Lean manufacturing
