Credit Analyst

Andes Fund Management is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Credit Analyst to join our investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating credit investment opportunities, conducting financial and credit analysis, assessing investment risks, and providing recommendations to support portfolio management decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct independent credit research and due diligence on investment opportunities across public and private credit markets.

Analyse financial statements, cash flows, capital structures, and creditworthiness of issuers and borrowers.

Develop financial models, perform credit underwriting, and assess downside risks.

Prepare investment recommendations, credit reports, and presentations for portfolio managers and investment committees.

Monitor existing investments, credit market developments, and portfolio risks.

Collaborate with internal investment teams and external financial institutions.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit research, credit analysis, or fixed-income investments, preferably on the buy side.

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

Strong financial modelling, credit underwriting, and analytical skills.

Sound understanding of corporate finance, fixed-income markets, and risk management.

Excellent communication skills, independent judgment, and attention to detail.
