Sales Development Representative- South Korea

Sales Development Representative - South Korea ( Applicants must be South Korea locals or have an existing valid work permit.)
The SDR will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound prospecting activities to support Anchanto’s sales pipeline. This includes qualifying MQLs, conducting outbound outreach, identifying potential opportunities, scheduling discovery meetings with target accounts and marketing support and localization.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
Respond to inbound leads from website forms, campaigns, and other marketing channels
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture interest and move leads through the sales funnel
Outbound Prospecting:
Research and identify target accounts and contacts
Execute outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest
Personalize messaging and secure meetings with key stakeholders
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM (HubSpot)
Track follow-ups, status, and conversion progress
Collaborate with the sales team to improve qualification and handoff
Marketing Support & Localization:·
Translate and adapt ad copies, email campaigns, and marketing materials for the Korean market
Maintain and update local Korean website content and landing pages to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance
Coordinate and support local marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
Collaborate with regional and global marketing team members on campaign planning and execution
Assist in creating Korean-language marketing collateral and sales enablement materials
Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
Share insights from conversations to help refine ICP and messaging
Provide feedback to SalesOps, Marketing, and Product teams on lead quality and customer pain points
Participate in sales stand-ups and campaign reviews
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles (SaaS or tech preferred)
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects
Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Outreach activity (emails/calls/LinkedIn touches)
Number of qualified leads generated
Meetings booked and accepted
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
CRM data accuracy and follow-up hygiene
