Key Responsibility:
- Execute the Manufacturing Excellence priorities, in line with the global sourcing strategy and the objectives of Footwear category in terms of Quality, Costs and lead times.
- Process optimization and transfer management

- Preferably holds a degree in a post- secondary discipline (e.g. associate degree, B.A etc.).
- At least 10 years experiences working in the shoe industry in a technical capacity
- (Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing including pattern-engineering,
- mold-making, grading, materials processing etc.).
- at least 6 years LEAN footwear implementation experiences
