As a Cargo Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:  Coordinate daily cargo operations to ensure timely movement of shipments.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including airway bills, cargo manifests, and customs documentation.

Monitor inbound and outbound cargo movements and update shipment records.

Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams.

Coordinate cargo acceptance, storage, loading, and dispatch according to operational requirements.

Ensure cargo handling complies with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages.

Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports.

Support warehouse operations, inventory control, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma holders or experienced with warehouse operations will be an advantage.
