Site Maintenance & Operations Engineer – HVAC

Manage and supervise the daily operation and maintenance activities at the site.

Operate, monitor, and maintain central air conditioning and HVAC systems.

Ensure the proper and continuous operation of all HVAC equipment and systems.

Execute and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Inspect HVAC equipment regularly and identify potential faults and operational issues.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and operational problems and ensure timely corrective actions.

Follow up on the operation and performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, ventilation systems, and related equipment.

Supervise maintenance technicians and distribute daily tasks according to the maintenance plan.

Follow up on technicians’ performance and ensure that maintenance activities are properly executed.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate the required corrective maintenance.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Follow up on daily maintenance activities and ensure that all work is completed within the required time.

Inspect equipment condition and identify spare parts and maintenance requirements.

Coordinate with the client, site management, contractors, and other departments when required.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment performance.

Monitor equipment efficiency and recommend solutions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Follow up on recurring faults and implement preventive actions to minimize breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the site.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out according to approved procedures and technical standards.

Follow up on contractors and specialized maintenance teams when required.

Participate in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities related to HVAC systems.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions within maintenance areas.

Report any major technical problems, equipment failures, or required replacements to the management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in site maintenance and operation.

Strong practical experience in central air conditioning and HVAC systems .

Experience in operating and maintaining chillers and related HVAC equipment.

Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience supervising maintenance technicians is preferred.

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.

Good knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.

Good reporting and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site operations and maintenance.

Must be a resident of Ismailia or currently living in Ismailia.
