Key Responsibilities

Deliver items/products from the warehouse to the retail stores as per the process and ensure proper documentation is maintained with high customer satisfaction.

Receive the delivery schedule from the delivery supervisor and deliver it to the stores at the specified date and time.

Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered to the stores without any damages.

Handle all complaints and concerns of the stores related to the delivery process and damages caused during transportation courteously and escalate them to the delivery supervisor or Customer Service for appropriate resolution.

Organize and maintain all the store acknowledgements/receipts and submit them to the delivery supervisor.

Ensure delivery vehicle is roadworthy and is in good condition.

Maintain HSE practices in the working environment to minimize the opportunity of property damage and injury to self and colleagues. Proactively remind colleagues to behave in line with the HSE processes defined by the company.

Check and verify the cartons before and during vehicle loading for quality and quantity checks.

All returns and store-to-warehouse/store transfers stocks are duly handed over to the warehouse storekeeper on the same day and obtain acknowledgement as proof of delivery.

Education and Experience

Education/Certification and Continued Education:

High school / Pre-degree

Years of Experience:

1 to 2 years furniture/retail delivery experience

Knowledge and Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer handling skills

Valid UAE driving license (category 3 manual)
