Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of electrical design for complex projects, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations. Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop detailed electrical schematics, power distribution layouts, lighting designs, and telecommunication systems. Oversee and perform comprehensive quantity surveying and cost estimation for electrical components, ensuring budget adherence. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and architectural departments to integrate electrical designs seamlessly. Conduct thorough site inspections and provide technical support during construction, resolving any design-related issues promptly. Drive the adoption of advanced design software and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality. Skills & Technologies You'll Master: You will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD and Revit daily, pushing the boundaries of Electrical Design . Your proficiency in Quantity Surveying will be critical, alongside your deep understanding of Power Systems Design , Lighting Design , and Building Information Modeling (BIM) . Exceptional Leadership: A minimum of 8-20 years of progressive experience in electrical design and project management, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior management capacity.
Advanced Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of AutoCAD , Revit , and specialized Electrical Design software.
Core Engineering Acumen: Profound understanding and practical experience in Power Systems Design , Lighting Design , HV/LV Systems , and Building Information Modeling (BIM) .
Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local and international electrical codes, standards, and Regulatory Compliance .
