Senior Compliance Specialist

Responsible for performing assigned compliance tasks related to production and factory operations to ensure employees comply with internal rules and regulations within the Company and comply with the provisions of the Law.

1. Legal update

• Update and analyze new Law related to Factory operations with the main field such as labor, environment, construction, electricity, manufacturing,...
• Graduated university major in Laws.
• General knowledge of Vietnamese Laws and factual business, manufacture knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Have at least 02-04 years of experience in the Law field for factory operation such as fire protection and prevention, construction, energy, land,…
• Most preferred in manufacturing and business companies like Ajinomoto Vietnam.
